This purpose of this HAZWOPER training is to comply with annual HAZWOPER refresher requirements (re-certification) for workers conducting remedial operations at contaminated sites. Training must be completed on or before the initial training anniversary date to ensure certification remains active.

Our HAZWOPER 8 hour refresher course was developed using OSHA guidance documents along with our many years of experience in the health and safety field. See Our Experience
Throughout the course, participants will encounter self-assessment quizzes, interactive exercises, and a self-graded final examination. The quizzes can be taken as many times as necessary, and the final exam can be attempted a maximum of 3 times.
In accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) regulations, which pertain to Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) regulations, this 8 hour annual refresher training is designed for individuals who have previously completed either the 40 hour or 24 hour HAZWOPER training.
Upon successful course completion, students will be awarded a certificate of completion that is recognized and accepted by regulatory authorities. Participants are afforded the flexibility to progress through the program at their own pace. To fulfill the 8 hour HAZWOPER re-certification requirement, students must dedicate a minimum of 8 hours to their studies.
